The list price of the box is a deposit. Your final price will be determined by the quantity in pounds of each item and the ‘delivered pound price’ of each item (‘delivered pound price’ is 1.2x the published pick-up pound price for each cut on our website). Once your order is packed and the final weight is determined, you will be invoiced for any balance due. The final price cannot be accurately estimated without determining your choice of specific cuts, but a 33 lb. box of about 50% ground meats, 30% roasts, and 20% steaks/chops would likely come to around $640-$740, including shipping. If you choose a lower percentage of ground meats, or a higher percentage of steaks/chops, your final price may come in higher. If you’d like a concrete quote before reserving your Custom Cut Box, please reach out to us.

OUR BEEF

At Waterloo Ranch, one of our specialties is grass-fed, premium grain-finished beef from our pasture-raised cows. With a stocking rate 100x lower than feedlots (100x more space per head); available live forage managed through grazing rotations; high-quality hays that come at twice the price of traditional feeder hays; and a nutritious, highly-digestible, non-GMO grain finisher free of corn and soy that comes at a price 5x the price of common GMO grains; our beef cannot be compared to any grass-finished or grain-finished beef on the market. You won’t find a more flavorful, tender, and well-marbled pasture-raised beef. You are sure to enjoy every bite, even down to the wonderful, buttery-textured fat.

Our rigorous husbandry standards truly reward us and our customers with a happy, healthy animal, and the highest-quality product. Waterloo Ranch beef is truly the grain-finished beef you can enjoy and feel good about. Instead of filling your freezer with grocery store, feedlot beef, or gamey and tough alternatives, make the switch to Waterloo Ranch beef today.

OUR LAMB

This ain’t no grocery store meat. Experience our grass-fed, grass-finished lamb from our pasture-raised Katahdin sheep flock. Our sheep are raised in intensive regenerative ranching systems that build our soil, ensure happy, healthy animals, and produce high-quality meats.

We chose the Katahdin sheep breed specifically based on their reputation for delicate and delicious lamb meat flavor. This excellent meat breed combined with our rigorous animal husbandry standards give us a lamb meat unlike any other in the region.
